Guidance Notes: Questions about IVDIVO

Any Questions

My service at this stage is to perform the role of [role/function] within [department/direction], delivering [one primary objective]. An outcome is considered completed when all of the following are met: Deliverable: [what exactly is produced/delivered] (document/session/project). Quality: meets [regulation/standard/criteria] with no critical remarks. Deadline: delivered by 2026. Record: formally logged as [protocol/report/publication] and accepted by [approver].
I must strengthen six competency blocks: Execution discipline — consistency, completion, deadlines. Methodological precision — clear structure, definitions, standard language. Communication and coordination — alignment, follow-ups, documented decisions. Accountability and ethics — confidentiality, role boundaries, correctness. Resource management — sustainable workload, recovery, resilience. Knowledge transfer — turning experience into reusable materials (guidelines, checklists, protocols). How to track growth: define one measurable indicator per block (e.g., “1 deliverable per week”, “100% decisions recorded”).

They are a defined set of internal and applied practices within the IVDIVO system, aimed at developing state, discipline, quality of conscious action, and coherence of service. Each practice is governed by an approved standard (purpose, procedure, requirements, limits, and recording format).
A Practice Standard is the normative description that defines the purpose, scope, preparation, step-by-step procedure, duration/frequency, correctness criteria, restrictions (if applicable), reporting format, and the responsible controller/approver.
It is activity aimed at improving people’s quality of life through education, culture, supportive practices, standards of interaction, and social initiatives, measured by practical usefulness, ethical compliance, reproducibility, and documented outcomes.
It is activity that supports environmental responsibility and sustainability through ecological practices, responsible consumption culture, environment-related projects, public education, and operational standards, assessed by measurability, safety, legal compliance, and verified benefit.
